TL;DR

Channel Account Manager: Own and grow relationships with national reseller partners, driving revenue growth across audio and video product portfolios with an accent on strategic business planning, sales enablement, and pipeline development. Focus on cultivating executive relationships, leading joint marketing initiatives, and ensuring partner alignment with go-to-market strategy.

Location: Remote (USA). Preferred candidates will live in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Salary: $77,605–$129,340, representing a combination of base salary and earned commissions.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Insight & Zones and develop strategic business plans to grow revenue.
  • Drive partner training, certification, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through collaboration with account teams.
  • Lead joint marketing initiatives and ensure effective use of hirify.global’s MDF.
  • Maintain visibility into sales performance, reporting on KPIs including revenue and pipeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with Insight & Zones leadership to align business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the UC or IT hardware/software industry.
  • Proven success managing large, complex national partners or resellers.
  • Deep understanding of Insight's & Zones' business model and sales structure.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time.
  • Must have US work authorization.
