Location: Remote (US), targeting partners in the LATAM region.

Salary: $122,000–$142,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions).

What you will do

  • Own and manage a large portfolio of established channel partners.
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop joint marketing plans and business strategies with premier and certified partners.
  • Engage and guide partner sales and marketing teams on sales approach.
  • Increase partner deal registrations through account mapping and utilization of Partner Portal tools.
  • Close Net New business and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • Experience with Channel Sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude working with channel partners.
  • Ability to effectively manage and thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Docs preferred.
