What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, refining strategies to maximize ROI.
• Manage media spend efficiently for cost-effective conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creative, operation) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience scaling customer acquisition for AI and financial products.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on experience in ad platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models.
• Proven experience managing ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and drive growth.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and X Ad Manager.
• Ability to plan, execute, and scale campaigns efficiently.
• Excellent English communication skills.
