What you will do
- Own the complete marketing strategy for the Reporting & Tools business, managing a multi-million-dollar budget while driving pipeline generation and customer retention.
- Lead the consolidation of 13 acquired products under a unified brand and establish category leadership for the AI Semantic Platform.
- Build and optimize an AI-powered demand engine, designing predictive analytics and AI-driven content generation to maximize pipeline efficiency.
- Partner with product marketing to develop retention and expansion programs, driving customer evangelism and co-marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate and influence the marketing technology stack strategy, ensuring data infrastructure for accurate attribution and performance measurement.
- Lead and coach a team of senior marketing leaders, making strategic resource allocation decisions and building organizational capabilities in AI-driven marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles managing other marketing leaders.
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise software and demonstrated success consolidating multiple products/brands into unified go-to-market strategies.
- Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience building attribution models and ROI frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities and the ability to challenge legacy thinking.

- Experience with platform-led growth strategies and ecosystem marketing.
- Background in category creation or repositioning initiatives.
- Knowledge of on-premise to cloud migration marketing strategies.
