Location: San Mateo, CA, United States. Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $221,150—$263,360 USD

What you will do

• Own Jumpstart developer recruitment strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with external developers, studios, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute global developer engagement programs and events.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and community meetups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Track and report on developer recruitment and activation outcomes.
• Provide structured feedback to internal teams on developer needs.
• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and content.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developer relations, game development, platform partnerships, community leadership, or technical ecosystem roles.
• Strong understanding of game development workflows, engines (Unity, Unreal, hirify.global Studio, or similar), and studio pipelines.
• Experience working with indie developers, studios, or technical communities, including recruiting, partnerships, or ecosystem growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with execution bias.
• Experience running developer programs, events, or technical communities at scale.
• Ability to operate globally, including travel for events and studio engagements.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Passion for empowering creators and developers.
