TL;DR

Senior Account Executive, Enterprise: Driving revenue growth within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with an accent on new business acquisition and expansion in complex customer environments. Focus on shaping commercial value cases, aligning strategic objectives, and maintaining executive relationships across multiple business units.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring work from the office 2 days per week. Candidates should be located near one of hirify.global's offices in London, New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, or Tokyo.

What you will do

  • Own outbound pipeline generation and strategic prospecting within a named account portfolio.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial execution for large, complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Articulate and progress strategic value cases for the hirify.global Controls Platform to executives.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, structure deal terms, and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Retain commercial ownership post-signature, manage executive relationships, and drive expansion.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of executive enterprise buying dynamics in large, regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of business models, regulatory pressures, and control challenges within assigned industry verticals.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global Controls Platform's strategic value and positioning to executive leaders.
  • Experience with complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales involving multiple buyers and budget owners.
  • Understanding of strategic account lifecycle management for sustained growth.
  • Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales hygiene in HubSpot.
