What you will do
- Own outbound pipeline creation for top-tier global strategic accounts.
- Own end-to-end commercial execution for the largest and most complex opportunities.
- Own the articulation and progression of enterprise-wide value cases for the hirify.global Controls Platform.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and structure bespoke deal terms.
- Retain long-term commercial ownership of global strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of how senior business executives in global, regulated financial institutions evaluate enterprise-wide investments.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific business models, regulatory environments, and control challenges across large organizations.
- Knowledge of how the platform delivers enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and operational outcomes.
- Knowledge of multi-million-dollar enterprise transactions involving multiple buyers and complex approval structures.
- Understanding of how executive alignment, value realization, and sustained commercial leadership drive durable growth across strategic accounts.
- Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales hygiene in HubSpot.
