What you will do
- Generate appointments and qualify potential customers for hirify.global solutions through various channels.
- Proactively contact strategically important prospects to create opportunities and win new business.
- Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to gain customer commitment and close deals.
- Understand customer business goals and needs to offer best-fit hirify.global products.
- Forecast new business pipeline and update CRM system to a high standard.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and cross-functional teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas.
- Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience selling SaaS/PaaS solutions to Enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Understanding of data harvesting / web crawling.
