What you will do
- Strategically plan and exceed sales quotas within your territory.
- Manage and build relationships with key decision-makers in Fortune 500 information security and technology departments.
- Build a healthy opportunity pipeline and grow territory revenues through new logo acquisition and upsells.
- Build out your territory and eventually lead a sales team.
- Strategically work with partner organizations and channel representatives to drive direct and indirect sales.
- Ensure opportunities advance according to forecasted close dates by collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of overall sales experience, with 5+ years selling in the security software industry.
- Prior experience selling Security Orchestration Platform (SOAR) and SIEM solutions into the SOC is a must.
- Prior Enterprise selling experience, specifically targeting enterprise-level logos, is required.
- Prior startup experience is a must to be most successful in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using Salesforce.com.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization.
