Commercial Account Executive (AI Cybersecurity): Driving growth and building relationships with businesses in the Commercial segment with an accent on identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions. Location: Remote from California, with the role sitting either in Phoenix or Los Angeles, and covering a territory in the Bay Area. Expect a great deal of travel.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 OTE

What you will do
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach, networking, and engagement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your territory.
- Act as the liaison, understanding client needs and articulating hirify.global’s unique value proposition.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
- Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate reports on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
- Minimum of two years of closing experience with a strong performance track record.
- Strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity and ability to explain hirify.global products.
- Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skillset with a hunter mentality.
- Confident, polished communicator with proven ability to build professional relationships.
