What you will do

  • Develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas grounded in strong, relevant insights for a variety of platforms and audiences.
  • Guide and elevate creative expression across a diverse client portfolio, including tech, lifestyle, entertainment, and tourism.
  • Deliver fresh thinking, innovative creative solutions, and impactful storytelling.
  • Partner closely with strategy and planning teams to strengthen creative briefs and define clear success parameters.
  • Lead client presentations with clarity, confidence, and a strong point of view, engaging C-suite audiences.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and mentorship across creative teams at all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within an integrated agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising, or another creative discipline.
  • Proven track record of high-caliber creative work, demonstrating the ability to translate strategic thinking into best-in-class creative execution.
  • Strong understanding of production processes across multiple platforms, formats, and scales.
  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring teams of art directors, copywriters, and designers, while collaborating effectively across disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Grounded understanding of the role PR and social media play within the broader communications and marketing ecosystem.
