What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated Liaison for assigned brands or markets, coordinating across brand leads, AORs, channel owners, and delivery units.
- Lead a consistent intake process across Content, Web, and Campaigns, ensuring briefs are complete, feasible, and aligned with execution needs.
- Manage timelines, handovers, dependencies, and track deliverables across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with brands on campaign planning and market-level execution priorities, advising on technical setup and audience segmentation.
- Track in-campaign performance, extract insights with analytics partners, and suggest optimizations.
- Maintain production trackers, rate cards, and retainer logs, reporting on planned vs actual spend and delivery KPIs.
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing, operations, or client services.
- 5+ years in the pharma/healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience across CMS, campaign automation platforms (Veeva, SFMC, Adobe, etc.), and web development tools.
- Strong track record in stakeholder management, campaign planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication in English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Canadian regulatory guidelines such as PAAB.
