TL;DR

Senior Strategist (Marketing): Developing integrated communications strategies for major omni-channel campaigns and digital experiences with an accent on translating big-picture brand vision into integrated 360-degree plans. Focus on identifying emerging insights using AI tools and driving proactive thinking to identify opportunities.

Location: Team to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop integrated communications strategies for major campaigns.
  • Lead audience insights work, identifying emerging insights and validating strategic direction using AI tools.
  • Plan complete campaign strategies across creative, media, CRM, and web.
  • Review campaign analytics and performance data to make data-informed optimization recommendations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, connecting all teams and touchpoints.
  • Drive proactive thinking, identifying opportunities, proposing fresh approaches, and executing with autonomy.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in communications planning, integrated campaign strategy, or related experience (agency or brand).
  • Proven expertise in messaging frameworks, channel strategy, and multi-touchpoint campaign planning.
  • Strong media collaboration experience and ability to align strategy with channel performance and audience insights.
  • Solid analytics literacy.
  • Self-starting mentality with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex strategy to creative, technical, and business audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience on Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) or similar cross-functional structures.
  • Daily hands-on experience with AI tools.
  • Brand strategy or messaging development experience.
  • Experience marketing luxury/lifestyle brands.
  • Background with automotive.
