What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of digital programmes, ensuring clear goals and realistic forecasts.
• Own and maintain delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to define priorities, capacity, and throughput expectations.
• Coordinate communications, change management, testing, and business readiness activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, driving clear mitigation plans.
• Coach delivery maturity, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration across squads.

Requirements

• Hands-on delivery management experience within digital development environments.
• Proven track record delivering 2–3 substantial end-to-end digital initiatives.
• Deep experience with Agile, sprint-based methodologies, and modern delivery frameworks.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, early-stage programmes.
• Strong forecasting, estimation, and planning capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, audio, or streaming environments.
• Comfortable using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) at an advanced level.
