TL;DR

Technical Service Delivery Lead: Drives end-to-end delivery of project outcomes across cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient and effective customer value realization with an accent on portfolio and dependency management. Location: Hybrid, requiring three days a week in either our Manchester (City Centre) or London (Farringdon) office, and two days from home. Must be based in the UK.

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 per annum

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project delivery via cross-departmental work packages, managing sequencing, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure teams create and maintain realistic delivery plans, balancing speed, technical health, and customer value.
• Lead and optimize agile ceremonies to ensure effective delivery of customer value.
• Manage portfolio and dependencies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resolving cross-team constraints.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively, facilitating stakeholder alignment and roadblock resolution.
• Foster a strong delivery culture and champion agile, systems thinking, and lean practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role, owning end-to-end delivery across multiple teams.
• Strong track record of driving delivery through cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Project Management).
• Demonstrable experience creating, maintaining, and challenging delivery plans with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tooling, including Jira Software, Confluence, and Atlassian Analytics.
• People management skills, including 1-2-1s, goal setting, and team engagement for a small team (up to 6 members).
• Work authorization for the UK is required.
