What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of all technology-focused projects.
• Oversee the strategic roadmap and successful execution of CGI production pipelines.
• Champion and manage R&D initiatives, particularly in AI, machine learning, and real-time technologies.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, interpreting requirements and providing strategic counsel.
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to define project goals and allocate resources.
• Line manage, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Project Managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager, successfully delivering complex, technology-driven projects.
• Strong leadership and line management skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Thorough understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working within a CGI studio, VFX house, or similar creative production environment.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation or development of CGI pipelines (e.g., for Maya, 3ds Max, Nuke, Houdini).
• Familiarity with production management tools such as ShotGrid, Ftrack, or Jira.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive visualisation.
• Experience with projects involving emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, or real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) within a creative context.
