Delivery Manager (AI Safety): Owning the end-to-end success of high-impact AI projects focused on frontier model evaluations and crucial crossover work with government clients, translating cutting-edge AI safety research into actionable changes. Focus on designing innovative AI solutions, managing project development for maximum customer value, and advising clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation.

Location: Hybrid working (2 days in our Old Street office, London). Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on site with government customers from time to time.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions.
• Manage project development and ensure maximum value to the customer.
• Form strong, trusting relationships with customers, internal data scientists, and technical partners.
• Develop and execute proposals to grow AI safety and governance work.
• Advise clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation.
• Develop and mentor peers, taking a proactive role in building good processes and practices.

Requirements

• Passion for Applied AI safety, possibly from experience within labs, academia, or evaluation/red teaming roles.
• Previous experience in professional services, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data background.
• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, from initial scoping to end-user adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and experienced in delivering technical projects, ideally in AI.
• Practical problem-solver, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing solutions.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
