Technical Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom. This role will be based in Northern Europe and requires 5 days office based, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

What you will do

• Engage with key customers and improve customer experience by delivering repair, provision, and service availability performance.
• Manage escalations and work allocation whilst coordinating project delivery alongside the wider project team and other technical leads.
• Take ownership of requests for new projects and platform works from proposal generation and design concept through transition to in-life service operations.
• Help develop and support the pipeline of new projects and understand the impact on the workforce.

Requirements

• Have typically worked on a range of Network Delivery Projects with different complexities and client relationships, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Have the ability to resolve complex problems, demonstrating strong leadership capability and motivate high performing teams.
• Be an experienced delivery agent, with specific experience of delivering all aspects of work to clients directly and delivery of significant and time critical products.
• Have significant experience of leading and delivering complex projects, requiring management of short, medium, and long-term timeframes.
• Have a high level of understanding of contractual commitments around delivery timescales and contractual obligations.
• Be degree educated in an associated field.
• English: B2 required.

• Good understanding of PRINCE2 functions.
