What you will do
- Own a defined commercial territory in Norway and build a data-driven strategy to grow revenue across new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets through value-based, outcome-focused sales execution.
- Lead complex sales cycles, engage senior decision-makers, and articulate how agentic AI and automation improve efficiency and financial performance.
- Work closely with partners and global systems integrators to generate opportunities and ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize customer value.
- Stay close to market developments, competitors, and emerging AI use cases to anticipate customer needs and create demand.
Requirements
- Several years of experience selling SaaS solutions into commercial customers with a consistent track record of quota achievement.
- Comfortable selling to executive and financial buyers, building strong business cases focused on value and outcomes.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technology, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
- Strong account planning discipline and a research-driven approach to territory management.
- Confidence navigating complex customer organizations and building relationships across functions and seniority levels.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
