What you will do
- Acquire and enrich customer data to improve lead scoring and generate incremental leads for sales.
- Collaborate with the tech team to automate data crawling for qualified leads from industrial websites.
- Develop tailored lead routing strategies to maintain a smooth and efficient lead dispatch mechanism.
- Iterate the lead scoring model and ICP algorithm in conjunction with the data science team.
- Communicate frequently with the global sales team to collect requirements and feedback, providing relevant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience (e.g., working student or intern) in data enrichment, lead routing, and data crawling.
- Excellent analytical skills and good communication for stakeholder management.
- Experience in data management, with an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context, including sales funnels and lead generation.
- Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
Nice to have
- Good knowledge in SQL, Python, and Knime.
