hirify.global is building its platform subscriptions business with a focus on its AlphaNow subscription product.

What you will do

  • Build segmented messaging based on role, use case, and prior engagement.
  • Design and execute campaigns targeting prospective subscribers (e.g., former hirify.global client users, hirify.global experts).
  • Identify and test channels that will drive top-of-funnel traffic (e.g., organic search, partnerships, agentic tools).
  • Continuously test and improve copy and messaging for prospective customers and subscription landing pages.
  • Streamline and automate the user journey from awareness through trial sign-up.
  • Own funnel metrics from traffic to trial to subscriber and provide clear weekly insights to inform leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Highly driven and proactive, comfortable being the sole executor in the short to medium term.
  • Hands-on experience running lifecycle email, SEO, and demand generation campaigns for approximately 5 years, preferably in a B2B subscription-based role.
  • Strong copy instincts and customer-centric messaging that resonates with audiences.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end processes effectively, prioritizing time across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Outcome-focused, motivated by results, and takes ownership of moving key business metrics, specifically regarding conversion.
  • Client-obsessed, enjoying listening to and empathizing with users to build a true understanding of their needs.
