What you will do
- Co-develop and execute integrated marketing plans for a focused portfolio of Key Strategic Partners, driving Partner-Sourced Enterprise Pipeline.
- Orchestrate co-marketing efforts with Distributors and Technology Alliances to create "better together" stories and strengthen market positioning.
- Act as a dedicated partner advocate and critical feedback loop between Field Marketing, Partners, and Global Marketing.
- Foster deep-rooted relationships with the Channel Sales organization, ensuring marketing initiatives are sales-ready.
- Represent hirify.global at key partner events, summits, and planning sessions as a brand evangelist and subject matter expert.
- Ensure the health of regional budgets and program impact through rigorous tracking of MDF and KPIs, providing strategic guidance.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B Channel or Partner Marketing, specifically within the High-Tech/SaaS/Infrastructure sector.
- Expert at leading by influence, able to gain buy-in from regional Field Marketing teams and partner stakeholders.
- Demonstrates exceptional collaborative agility, with a proven track record of coordinating across diverse teams.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and partner relations across EMEA.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in a secondary language (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
- Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM platforms.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for pipeline reporting.
- Strong ability to influence partner executives.
