Strategic Partner Marketing Manager (EMEA): Building a predictable, high-quality Enterprise pipeline engine by aligning Pure’s marketing strategy with objectives of Field Marketing and Channel Sales organizations across EMEA with an accent on co-developing integrated marketing plans and driving Partner-Sourced Enterprise Pipeline. Focus on orchestrating co-marketing efforts with Distributors and Technology Alliances and ensuring seamless execution and visibility across the region.

What you will do

  • Co-develop and execute integrated marketing plans for a focused portfolio of Key Strategic Partners, driving Partner-Sourced Enterprise Pipeline.
  • Orchestrate co-marketing efforts with Distributors and Technology Alliances to create "better together" stories and strengthen market positioning.
  • Act as a dedicated partner advocate and critical feedback loop between Field Marketing, Partners, and Global Marketing.
  • Foster deep-rooted relationships with the Channel Sales organization, ensuring marketing initiatives are sales-ready.
  • Represent hirify.global at key partner events, summits, and planning sessions as a brand evangelist and subject matter expert.
  • Ensure the health of regional budgets and program impact through rigorous tracking of MDF and KPIs, providing strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B Channel or Partner Marketing, specifically within the High-Tech/SaaS/Infrastructure sector.
  • Expert at leading by influence, able to gain buy-in from regional Field Marketing teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional collaborative agility, with a proven track record of coordinating across diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and partner relations across EMEA.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in a secondary language (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM platforms.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for pipeline reporting.
  • Strong ability to influence partner executives.
