Partner Programs Marketing Manager (AI): Leading the marketing of integration and solution partner programs and creating scalable enablement to drive partner-led growth. Focus on designing structured MDF programs, developing partner-facing enablement resources, and tracking partner-influenced pipeline and program health.

Location: Remote (North America - United States or Canada). hirify.global is an all-remote company, but candidates must be based in regions where hirify.global can legally employ them.

Compensation: US $128,200 – $192,400 (Offers Equity • Offers Bonus). Canada: CA$128,200 – CA$192,400 (Offers Equity • Offers Bonus).

What you will do

  • Drive the marketing of integration and solution partner programs, ensuring partner engagement and clear value.
  • Manage fulfillment of partner perks and lifecycle communications.
  • Develop scalable enablement resources like case studies, solution briefs, and playbooks.
  • Create and deliver through-partner marketing playbooks and multi-channel assets.
  • Design and manage a structured MDF (Market Development Funds) program.
  • Define and track KPIs related to partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and program health.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner marketing or channel marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background in creating and managing multi-channel campaigns (e.g., webinars, email, content, co-marketing).
  • Ability to create repeatable marketing programs for partners.
  • Experience building partner-facing enablement resources such as case studies, solution briefs, and pitch decks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience setting KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing programs.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Partner Management, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
  • AI fluency: have used AI tools for work or personal projects, or are keen to dive in and learn fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with both technology and services or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with partner portals, MDF programs, or CRM based partner tracking.
  • Interest in automation, integrations, or AI tools.
