TL;DR

Partner Programs Marketing Manager (AI): Driving the marketing of integration and solution partner programs, creating scalable enablement, and running multi-channel campaigns that drive partner-led growth. Focus on MDF program design, managing partner perks, and using AI to improve content creation and reporting.

Location: Even though we’re an all-remote company, we still need to be thoughtful about where we have Zapiens working. Check out for a list of countries where we currently cannot have Zapiens permanently working.

Salary: US $128,200 – $192,400 • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

What you will do

  • Drive the marketing aspects of integration and solution partner programs, ensuring partners are informed and engaged.
  • Manage fulfilment of partner perks and build engaging partner strategies.
  • Develop enablement resources such as case studies and playbooks to help partners market hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Create and deliver through-partner marketing playbooks and campaigns.
  • Design and manage a structured MDF program for solution and integration partners.
  • Drive awareness of our partner programs on key surfaces such as the website and partner portal.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner marketing or channel marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background in creating and managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to create repeatable marketing programs that partners can use effectively.
  • Experience building partner-facing enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience setting KPIs.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Partner Management, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
  • AI fluency: experience using AI tools for work or personal projects, or keen to dive in and learn fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with both technology partners and services or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with partner portals, MDF or partner fund programs, and CRM based partner tracking.
  • Interest in automation, integrations or AI tools.
