What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution for Channel Marketing efforts in Canada across B2B product categories.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners to create joint marketing initiatives, including integrated campaigns that drive lead-generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Go-To-Market (GTM) and central marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
  • Develop quarterly channel marketing business plans for focus partners as part of the Partner Program.
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns to measure and optimize performance, suggesting optimizations to exceed KPI benchmarks.
  • Consolidate results, analysis, and learnings to share best practices across North America channel marketing managers.

Requirements

  • Proven, extensive experience in Channel Marketing.
  • Channel, digital, and campaign experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business, marketing, or communications field or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience across performance marketing channels (Publishers, SEM, Programmatic Display, Retargeting Native, Paid Social).
  • Proficient in B2B marketing technology tools such as Marketo, SFDC, Conversica, Tableau.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Toronto Metro Area, Canada.
