What you will do

• Maintain events calendar and build event strategy in partnership with Field Marketing and Sales leaders.
• Identify and research event activities to build relationships and drive new prospects.
• Acquire sponsorship information, organize deliverables, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage onsite event logistics and coordination for all attendees.
• Build landing pages for hosted events and monitor registrations and conversions.
• Create campaign-level budgets to track spend and upload event lead lists for reporting.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, sales, or marketing.
• Experience working at a B2B or B2C technology company.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to change.
• Technical skills in Asana, Salesforce, and Outreach.
• Hybrid work model requires in-office attendance Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Moderate overnight travel anticipated (20-30%).
