Salary: $90,400- $113,000 CAD annually. Target bonus is 10% of base salary.

What you will do
- Launch 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns with hyper-personalization.
- Partner with Sales Managers to co-create patch-specific strategies, utilizing data to be proactive in account selection and messaging.
- Develop campaigns from scratch, which include account intelligence, developing account-specific messaging, asset creation, landing page development, and launching across multiple channels.
- Own the Intent Signal feedback loop by analyzing 3rd-party intent on 6Sense and 1:1 engagement data to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Leverage data across multiple platforms to develop analyses that empower teams across the business to work smarter.
- Work in collaboration with Digital, Field, Product, Content, Creative, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop 360 campaigns, while creating ABM-specific initiatives for target accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ABM, Demand Generation, and or related experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex intent signals and engagement data into a cohesive territory plan.
- Experience managing relationships with Sales leadership and defending strategic choices with data.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally enterprise software and/or B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, processes, and workflows to execute ABM campaigns - CRM experience, Marketing automation, ABM software (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Postal/Gifting Platforms, 6Sense/Demandase, LinkedIn).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience required.
