Salary: $160,000 - 190,000 annually, plus benefits and incentives.

What you will do

  • Own global account strategy and customer relationship to drive multi-year growth and partnership outcomes.
  • Deliver annual revenue and margin growth by expanding solution penetration.
  • Strengthen executive relationships through joint engagement with customer leadership.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic collaborations, including technology roadmap alignment and joint development.
  • Lead cross-regional alignment to maintain a unified approach.
  • Represent the customer’s voice within hirify.global, influencing product, service, and solution roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in complex B2B environments (industrial, technology, automation, networking).
  • Expertise in consultative and value-based selling approaches.
  • Proven success managing global or strategic accounts with significant revenue responsibility.
  • Strong capability in developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading without authority across matrixed organizations, aligning sales, product, operations, and finance teams.
