Location: Must be based in the USA (Minnesota, Illinois, Texas, Ohio, Tennessee).

Salary: $156,800.00 - $275,800.00

What you will do

  • Align closely with individual Account Executives within the region.
  • Host quarterly meetings and weekly one-on-ones with direct reports.
  • Report pipeline, commit, and overall health of the teams to VP each week.
  • Manage the region’s activity and participation in marketing programs.
  • Engage frequently onsite as executive sponsorship on larger opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and BDR leadership to drive regional programs.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of equivalent experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
  • Possess a passion for the Healthcare space and Patient Experience Orchestration.
  • Must have High Tech industry and preferably SaaS experience.
  • Experience managing teams of at least 8-10 people.
  • Highly metrics-oriented with detailed sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
