What you will do
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting performance expectations and providing coaching for professional development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor sales activities and performance, managing the sales pipeline to convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and utilize CRM systems for data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in spend management, procurement, or finance operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Proven experience in overseeing spend management solutions, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, and spend analytics.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
- Experience implementing spend management or procurement software solutions (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
