What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional and field salespeople across multiple states.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and prepare regular reports.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and mentor high-potential sales talent across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams across multiple states or regions, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive technology/SaaS sales.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) to meet clients and sales teams.
  • Experience with sales training and development programs.
