TL;DR

Senior Technical Program Manager (Health ML): Coordinating the development and production of health algorithms from research through validation with an accent on ML development lifecycle and regulatory compliance. Focus on bridging technical ML teams with clinical and regulatory stakeholders to deliver world-class health products.

Location: On-site in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate to the USA if necessary.

Salary: $150,000 - $215,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end program management for health algorithm development from early research through to production deployment.
  • Translate health feature strategy into executable program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk profiles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across data engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, software, and firmware teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, obstacles, and dependencies before they become blockers.
  • Oversee health data governance workflows, including data collection, labeling, and dataset management.
  • Build and optimize AI-enabled tools and automations to increase the speed and rigor of program execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an ML role or technical program management supporting AI/ML or data science teams.
  • Deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle (data collection, training, evaluation, validation, and deployment).
  • Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or other regulated product development (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
  • Fluency with AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms) and a track record of implementing AI-powered workflows.
  • Ability to communicate deeply technical concepts to business, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
