Salary: CAD 99,700–135,300

What you will do

• Act as a forward-facing engineer reviewing all AI initiatives across the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to enhance seller workflows.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and highlight key friction points.
• Continuously evaluate new AI and automation tools and assess their ability to enhance GTM effectiveness.
• Partner with RevOps Systems, IT, and GTM stakeholders to ensure tools are embedded cleanly into workflows.
• Design and run pilots to validate potential solutions, measure impact, and recommend scaling paths.
• Translate insights into structured initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales or Customer Success Operations, Business Consulting or Operations, or GTM Systems.
• Hands-on exposure to CRM, marketing automation, CS, and data platforms.
• Knowledge of the AI/ML tooling landscape and its application to GTM processes.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
• Ability to scope, design, and execute pilots or projects that drive measurable improvements.
