What you will do

• Lead the incubation and program management of 0->1 initiatives and solution development roadmap.
• Research competitive landscapes, market trends, and client data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new solutions, coordinating launch activities.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, translating business and technical needs to stakeholders.
• Translate roadmap elements into Tier 1 projects, collaborating across multiple teams.
• Build and grow relationships with ecosystem partners to enhance solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, product, partnerships, and/or program management.
• Proven track record managing strategic and operationally complex cross-functional projects.
• Impeccable business judgment with an inclination for hypothesis formulation and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior and external audiences.
• Must be an Ontario Resident.
