What you will do
- Proactively identify business opportunities, create clear plans, and lead teams to implement solutions aligned with company goals.
- Build strong business cases for new markets or initiatives, including data analysis and financial modeling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Sales, Engineering) to turn big ideas into reality and drive projects to measurable outcomes.
- Support expansion into the Enterprise market, addressing product gaps and strengthening market position.
- Establish and scale verticalization strategies for key industries like Fintech, ecommerce, and Gaming.
- Lead market entry for high-opportunity regions and develop new GTM motions for emerging product lines.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or quantitative fields with significant end-to-end execution within a technology company.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based businesses and SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, Expansion, Churn, CAC, LTV).
- Ability to immerse in new problem spaces, ask critical questions, and draw conclusions from diverse data sources (e.g., SQL, customer interviews).
- Effective communication skills (written, visual, verbal) calibrated for audiences of all levels.
- Proven commercial sense, connecting actions to impact on top or bottom-line figures and business performance indicators.
- Comfortable performing data analysis to define KPIs, understand the business, and persuade stakeholders with findings.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
