Focus on designing structured onboarding programs, building continuous learning engines, and maximizing the adoption of AI and productivity tools across sales, customer success, and SDR teams.

What you will do

  • Own onboarding for all GTM roles, designing and continuously improving a structured ramp program.
  • Build and run the continuous enablement engine, keeping teams updated on products, messaging, and competitive landscape.
  • Maximize the value of AI and productivity tools, driving adoption and improving workflows across the organization.
  • Build and run ongoing enablement and certification programs to keep GTM teams current.
  • Create and maintain the GTM knowledge system, including playbooks, battlecards, and internal documentation.
  • Lead enablement for major launches and initiatives, translating product updates into sales-ready messaging.
  • Measure and prove enablement impact by defining success metrics and iterating programs based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement, sales ops, rev ops, or GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of how modern revenue teams operate.
  • Experience enabling product launches, messaging shifts, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong cross-functional skills, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in ramp time, productivity, or win rates.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting technical, AI, or developer-facing products.
  • High comfort with GTM tooling and AI-powered workflows, including CRM, sales engagement tools, and LLMs.
  • Comfort with light program management, including coordinating cross-functional launches.
  • Strong writing and narrative skills for turning complex concepts into clear field guidance.
