TL;DR

Enterprise AI Transformation Lead (AI): Driving large-scale AI adoption and transformation for Fortune 100 accounts by integrating AI into business strategy and measuring P&L impact. Focus on building C-suite relationships, orchestrating complex cross-functional programs, and defining playbooks for enterprise AI transformation.

Location: Hybrid position based out of our New York City hub.

Salary: $174,000–$220,100 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, leading ROI and value initiatives for AI adoption.
  • Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 clients, defining AI adoption frameworks.
  • Build and manage C-suite relationships to prioritize AI initiatives.
  • Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis and business reviews.
  • Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, risks, and updates.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities by working with sales on cross-sell and upsell.

Requirements

  • 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
  • Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
  • Mastery of change management and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
  • A curious mindset and active listening style.
