TL;DR

Digital Sales Representative 2: Responsible for net new customer acquisition and driving new revenue within Self Service accounts with an accent on solution selling and understanding technical requirements. Focus on designing solutions for specific use cases and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.

Location: This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.

Compensation: $30.09/hr - $41.80/hr

What you will do

  • Acquire net new customers and drive revenue for a specific territory.
  • Understand customer business and technical requirements across all verticals.
  • Design solutions using hirify.global’s communications API platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support).
  • Prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects/deals.
  • Build out new processes and contribute to team playbooks.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales development/business development experience at a technology company or 1+ years of closing experience in another industry.
  • Understanding of the cloud computing/communications business model and solution-oriented selling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical and financial details sound simple.
  • Technical solutions selling experience and enjoyment of working with customers to solve problems.
  • High adaptability, comfort trying new things, and building within a rapid-paced environment.
