Business Development Manager (Peru)

What you will do

• Build a pipeline of prospective partners and close new business opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global as it expands its presence in the Peruvian market.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop a strong understanding of products, services, and operating practices.
• Monitor payment-industry trends, payments landscape developments, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry.
• Experience developing new business and acquiring clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a commercially driven, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Peru.
