What you will do
- Lead insight-led discovery and deal shaping by challenging customer framing, introducing new points of view, and reframing urgency using cost-of-inaction.
- Architect tailored solutions, covering scope, rollout approach, integration patterns, security posture, and success criteria.
- Deliver high-impact demos that map to customer workflows (P2P, AP, S2P) and prove outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops that transform stakeholder skepticism into a tangible blueprint and path to value.
- Build a credible value narrative and support champions and Account Executives with executive-ready business-case inputs.
- Position hirify.global against point tools and fragmented stacks with an “end-to-end + exceptions-first” narrative.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years in Solutions Engineering / Presales / Solution Consulting / ERP process consulting (or equivalent in finance/procurement operations with strong customer-facing experience).
- Demonstrated ability to run insight-based discovery (Challenger-style), respectfully pushing back and building conviction.
- Comfort with senior stakeholders (CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services) and ability to lead without authority.
- Strong workshop facilitation and demo craft, including story, structure, and objection handling.
- Ability to connect technical realities to business outcomes (e.g., FTE capacity, cycle time, controls, compliance risk, TCO).
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory).
Nice to have
- SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud) or multi-ERP environments.
- Finance/process knowledge: AP, invoice processing, S2P/P2P, exception handling, approvals, master data workflows.
- Experience competing against legacy vendors and “patchwork stacks.”
