What you will do
- Design and deliver sales enablement and training experiences.
- Optimize sales processes by identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ systems.
- Generate meaningful reports and insights from data to drive strategy.
- Collaborate with global teams to build scalable workflows.
- Ensure data quality and structure for effective sales operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations (SaaS experience a plus).
- HubSpot power user with strong grasp of sales processes.
- Experience with CPQ/quote building.
- Ability to interpret data trends and communicate insights.
- Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and priority alignment.
Nice to have
- Experience with DealHub.
- Sales training or enablement experience.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Marketing Ops exposure.
