Location: Must be based in the Americas (Remote)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000

What you will do

  • Analyze and optimize the sales funnel from prospecting to closed-won.
  • Manage Salesforce dashboards and KPIs to track pipeline health and rep productivity.
  • Own CRM data hygiene, lead routing logic, and account ownership processes.
  • Partner with system admins to deploy and maintain sales tools and enhancements.
  • Conduct process audits to identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align GTM workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce as a system administrator.
  • Understanding of GTM processes including lead management and sales stages.
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
  • Ownership mindset with experience executing projects end-to-end.

Nice to have

  • Experience with process mapping tools like Miro.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong, PlanHat, or similar sales tech stacks.
