What you will do
- Analyze and optimize the sales funnel from prospecting to closed-won.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance tracking.
- Own CRM processes (Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support and improve lead and account routing logic for speed-to-lead.
- Partner with Systems Admins to deploy Salesforce enhancements and related tools.
- Document and maintain sales processes for clarity and alignment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GTM processes (lead management, sales stages, routing logic).
- Experience as a Salesforce system administrator with Lightning UX.
- Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills for cross-functional work.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Linear).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro).
- Hands-on experience with sales and marketing tooling (e.g., marketing automation platforms, PlanHat, LinkedSquares, RevenueHero, Gong).
