What you will do
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies with Account Executives for their portfolio.
- Serve as a primary contact for customers when needed, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and proactively address deviations or obstacles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including customer contact information, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prepare and manage contract documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence.
- Support the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs across client brief responses and presentations.
Requirements
- Experience in monitoring, analysing, and translating data into presentation form.
- High level of attention to detail, specifically when filling out complex documents.
- Exposure to building presentation decks and project management.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Adaptability to changing environments, including new selling solutions and products.
