What you will do
- Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of Chinese clients that operate in Brazil.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze business operations and strategies to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
- Identify sales deals and align strategies with commercial teams in Brazil.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Partnerships, or similar roles in technology, digital platforms, fintech, data analytics, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong capability to manage strategic client relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify commercial opportunities.
- Proven ability in opportunity scouting, including upselling, cross‑selling, solution mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English required.
- Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
