What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities and pre-qualified leads in support of hirify.global sales goals.
- Prospect companies via social selling, email, cold calling, and other methods to set up meetings.
- Research target companies and individuals, and devise a sales pitch that conveys the hirify.global story.
- Manage, track, and report all sales activities and results using Salesforce.com and Inside Sales tools.
- Work on ecommerce deals and collaborate with senior management, peers, and internal functions.
- Conduct fact-finding during calls or meetings to qualify new leads in terms of deal size, buying cycle, and solution fit.
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales or the payments industry.
- Ability to assimilate and adapt to new sales skills, processes, and product.
- Strong communication skills in writing, phone, and in-person.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to use LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach, and other lead generation tools effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
