What you will do
- Execute and contribute to the go-to-market plan for the DACH region, collaborating with marketing and partnerships.
- Demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve sales goals, aiming to exceed quotas.
- Become a customer expert by attending and hosting industry events to expand your network in e-commerce.
- Build a personal brand as a trusted e-commerce advisor by sharing insights on LinkedIn or at local events.
- Master product expertise by staying updated on the e-commerce industry and tool updates, serving as a sparring partner for the product team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience closing new logos in an inside/mid-market sales role, ideally in SaaS or a digital marketing agency.
- Strong eCommerce or marketing agency background with a relatable network.
- Tech-savvy, proficient with CRMs, sales engagement platforms, and AI tools.
- Ability to consult clients and translate challenges into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German at a C1-C2 level.
- Must be living in Berlin, or at least within travel distance to our Berlin office.
- Willing to come to our Berlin office for minimum two days a week.
- Available for at least 32 hours per week (minimum 4 days/week).
- Available to travel at least once per quarter.
- Must have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.
