What you will do
- Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries within the Benelux region.
- Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
- Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery, contract negotiation, and close.
- Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to meet business goals.
- Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop business cases, and drive Digital Transformation conversations.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs, represent the company at trade fairs, and conduct demos or presentations.
- Use CRM effectively to track sales cycles and engagement.
Requirements
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS within the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning in a hyper-growth company.
- Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to function well in a remote environment.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
- Ability to balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
