TL;DR

Partner Success France: Building and maintaining strong relationships with sports clubs and partners with an accent on driving engagement, improving operational performance, and increasing revenue. Focus on proactive communication, reducing partner churn, and reactivating inactive accounts in the racket sports industry.

Location: Must be based in France (Preferably located in the Lyon, Montpellier, or Marseille region). Flexibility to travel around the country.

What you will do

  • Create long-term relationships with top partners through proactive communication, including weekly/monthly business reviews and face-to-face meetings.
  • Improve partners' operational performance to deliver the best service and increase hirify.global’s revenue.
  • Onboard new partners by providing all necessary information and tools.
  • Reduce partner churn by maintaining very close relationships and becoming their preferred partner.
  • Identify and analyze the needs of churned and inactive partners to build action plans for reactivation.
  • Engage actively with customers, collect feedback, and ensure responsiveness to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with clients in account management, customer service, sales, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey strategic direction and findings effectively.
  • French and English are a must.
  • Deep understanding of the Padel industry, including expected growth, trends, and competition.
  • Ability to execute quickly, prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of results.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools and processes relevant to the role.

  • Highly autonomous and proactive self-starter with proven ability to work remotely.
  • Proven ability to innovate and develop new strategies based on industry trends and business needs.
