Location: Hybrid (Milano, Italy)

Salary: €38,000–€48,000 fixed, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts.
  • Execute consultative discovery to deeply understand prospects’ challenges.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets in Italy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing).
  • Strong consultative selling skills to uncover pain points and tailor solutions.
  • Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and motivated.
  • Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
