What you will do
- Own customer acquisition within a defined territory through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Engage customers face-to-face to understand needs and build trust through consultative conversations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed revenue targets using structured, value-led sales approaches.
- Develop deep product expertise, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
- Nurture long-term customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members by sharing best practices and coaching.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a senior field-based sales role, ideally within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
- Confident negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Full UK driving licence required.
