What you will do

  • Own customer acquisition within a defined territory through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage customers face-to-face to understand needs and build trust through consultative conversations.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed revenue targets using structured, value-led sales approaches.
  • Develop deep product expertise, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding and development of new team members by sharing best practices and coaching.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a senior field-based sales role, ideally within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
  • Confident negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
