What you will do

• Own global paid media strategy, budget, forecasting, and optimization across all channels (Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, YouTube, Affiliates).
• Lead performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and wider display networks, defining testing frameworks and best practices.
• Act as the primary global contact for external paid media agencies, leading reviews and challenging recommendations.
• Own end-to-end paid media reporting, delivering insights, monitoring KPIs, and overseeing competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and eCommerce teams to align paid media activity with campaign calendars and product launches.
• Oversee paid media creative strategy and content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and localization.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and managing large-scale paid media budgets.
• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other display channels.
• Strong experience across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates.
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading external agencies.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and performance management capability.
• Experience running global or multi-market paid media programs.
